9 Week Technical Training Program - Monday evenings
Location: Woodlands
Dates: Aug. 24, 31, Sept. 14, 21, 28, Oct. 5, 12, 19 & 28
Drop-in Format: Players must register by the Friday prior to Monday's Session
COST Options: 1-3 sessions $30 each, 4-6 sessions $25 each or 7-9 session $20 each
Age & Program Times: U6-U9 (5:30- 6:25), U10-U13 (6:30-7:25) & U14-U18 (7:30-8:25)
This is an individual field player Technical Training Program to help develop your individual skills. Open to All Ages & Skill Levels! (Players sign up as individuals.)
ALL INTERESTED PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE USING THE FORM BELOW.
You can pay online (credit) or at the registration desk the day of (credit, cash, or check).

Registration Agreement/Waiver:
As the parent and/or legal guardian of the child named above, I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate in this program. I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks involved in participating in the this program. I agree to assume the full risk of any injury, including death, damage and/or loss regardless of severity which my child may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with this program. I hereby certify that my child is/are capable of participating in the above program and that my child is/are healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities, except as listed under medical information. I fully agree to indemnify and hold harmless CORE Soccer Training Academy, the hosting facility, its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and/or losses sustained by my child arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with activities of this program. I acknowledge as the (Parent/Legal Guardian) that individuals who participate in the CORE Soccer Training Academy Program, do so at their own risk.
